Exclusive giveaway!

To celebrate the launch of my shop with you, I'm doing an exclusive giveaway for you guys where you can win either 3 products of your choice from my shop or a 1 on 1 Zoom session with me where you can ask me all the questions you have for me!

All you have to do is post a picture of you with your favorite item from the shop on Instagram (either in your story or on your feed) and tag me. My Instagram handle is @german_girl_in_america. Make sure not to forget the underscores and also, make sure that your profile is set to public so that I can see the post. :)

The deadline to take part in the giveaway is July 20th, 11:59pm EDT and I will announce the winner on July 21st (not on July 20th like I said in my YouTube video) on Instagram and in the YouTube community tab. Make sure to place your order asap so that it'll arrive before the deadline. Terms & Conditions:

  1. This sweepstake is conducted by German Girl in America LLC, located in Cincinnati, Ohio, USA.
  2. The competition is open to everyone aged 18 years or over.
  3. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  4. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via Instagram.com.
  5. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be counted as one.
  6. The entry period for the sweepstake starts on June 20th, 12:00pm EDT and end on July 20, 2021 11:59pm EDT. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
  7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  8. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows: The participants post a photo of themselves with one or several items from the online shop felifromgermany.com on their Instagram story or Instagram feed. They tag the Instagram account @german_girl_in_america in the post. Their profile has to be set to public for their tag to be seen. If it’s set to private and the submission can’t be accessed, they’re not taking part in the sweepstake.
  1. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  2. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  3. The prize is as follows: The winner can pick between a package of 3 free items of their choice from felifromgermany.com AND a one-on-one 20-minute zoom session with the owner of the Instagram account, Felicia. Only one of the two options can be chosen. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  1. Winners will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received.
  2. The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Instagram within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  3. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.
  4. The decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  5. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by US law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the USA.
  6. The winner agrees to the use of his/her Instagram username and image to be shared on Instagram and YouTube. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current US data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
